Nightingale House

Nightingale House accommodates up to 43 older people with dementia who require nursing or personal care. At inspection, 32 people were using the service. Residents were positive about the care and support they received from staff. The home has systems in place to reduce abuse risk and assess potential dangers to people using the service. Safe recruitment procedures protect residents, and staffing levels are sufficient to meet care and support needs.

The provider maintains systems to record and monitor accidents and incidents. Medicines are managed safely, and the home has implemented measures to protect people from infection risks.
