Nightingale

This care home provides personal care for up to 12 younger adults with learning disabilities, with nine residents at the time of inspection. People using words to communicate reported feeling safe and relaxed, with good familiarity among residents and staff. Staff had received appropriate training for their roles and demonstrated confidence in providing safe care. However, external and internal communication was not always effective in quickly reducing risks to people.
