Nicholas House Care Home

Nicholas House provides personal care to up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors of an adapted building. At inspection, 28 people were using the service. The home has systems in place to determine appropriate staffing numbers based on assessed needs, though these were not always applied consistently. Staff recruitment procedures ensure safe hiring practices are followed. People using the service expressed happiness with their care, feeling safe and well looked after, and both residents and staff were positive about their experiences at the home.
