Lindum Court

Lindum Court is a residential care home caring for up to 24 older people, some living with dementia, alongside one person in the local community. At inspection there were 21 people using the service. The home manages risks to people's safety well with a person-centered approach and maintains appropriate staffing levels.

However, governance systems were not always reliable or effective, with limited evidence of learning to improve service quality. The registered manager did not have a consistent approach to handling safeguarding incidents. The home has been recommended to strengthen its safeguarding processes and ensure lessons learned from incidents are properly documented and implemented across the service.
