New Meppershall Care Home

New Meppershall Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 81 residents in two adapted buildings. The service supports older people living with dementia, sensory impairments, or physical disabilities. Each building and floor has access to outside garden space and bedrooms feature en-suite facilities. One building is specifically designed for people with dementia, while the second supports those requiring personal or nursing care.

Residents feel safe at the service and staff demonstrate strong knowledge of safeguarding practices. Risk assessments are conducted in areas such as falls and pressure area care, with measures implemented to mitigate identified risks. Staffing levels are sufficient to meet people's care needs promptly. Medicines are managed safely, with ongoing improvements to audit systems. One resident expressed their satisfaction, saying "I could not be without the staff working here. They are all so kind and I feel so lucky to live here."
