Chase House Limited

Chase House Limited provides personal and nursing care to up to 50 people living with dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. The service operates across two floors with ensuite bedrooms and shared communal facilities including lounges, a conservatory and garden.

Quality assurance processes were in place but required further development to ensure they remained robust. The registered manager confirmed the quality assurance system was being reviewed to drive meaningful change and improvement throughout the service.

People and their relatives spoke positively about their experiences at the home, with residents reporting they were well cared for.
