New House provides accommodation and support for up to eight adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of the inspection, all eight places were occupied. The service maintains its good rating, with inspectors finding that the quality of care continues to meet expected standards. Staff support residents across daily living activities and provide personalised care tailored to individual needs.
