Foxglove Care Limited - 14 Church Road

Foxglove Care Limited provides personal care for up to two people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, two people lived at the service. The home delivers person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs and preferences, with care and support developed collaboratively with people and their relatives. Staff know residents well and support them with activities and interests suited to them.

Relatives gave positive feedback about the care provided. People are supported with their communication needs, and staff demonstrate effective communication skills. Care is planned and coordinated to help people live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence built into their daily support.
