New Copford Place is a purpose-built residential care home accommodating up to 27 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 19 people were resident at the service. The provider had increased cleaning protocols, including regular sanitisation of high-touch areas throughout the home.

Staff received infection prevention and control training delivered virtually in small, socially distanced groups via video link, ensuring continued professional development during periods when face-to-face sessions were not possible.
