Loganberry Lodge

Loganberry Lodge provides accommodation and personal care to 139 residents across six units, including people living with dementia. The service is split between four units in the main building and two units in a separate adjacent building called Huckleberry, each with adapted facilities.

Staff demonstrated kindness and caring attitudes towards residents. However, observations and feedback revealed insufficient staffing levels were not always effectively deployed to meet the full range of residents' support needs. Care plans and risk assessments require review to ensure they adequately address individual requirements.
