Nevilles Court

Nevilles Court provides personal care for up to four younger adults with a range of conditions. One resident told inspectors, "I am in a much better place than I was when I first moved in," and visiting relatives praised the staff team, saying, "We are treated as one of the family." The registered manager and staff have made significant improvements, with care plans that are person-centred and promote residents' wishes. Staff know people well and ensure their physical and mental health needs are well supported and monitored.

The service has embedded strong infection control processes following government guidance, particularly relating to COVID-19. Quality monitoring systems have improved, and the management team has worked to develop a more positive culture. Staff are supported in developing their skills through partnerships with local providers such as the Care Academy. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
