The home operates from one adapted building designed to meet residents' needs. People were happy and said they received kind and effective support, while relatives praised staff for treating residents with dignity and compassion.

Medicines were managed safely, risks were properly assessed and managed, and effective infection prevention and control systems were in place.

Staffing levels were monitored appropriately with new staff safely recruited. People were safeguarded from abuse, and staff received regular training, supervision and appraisal to support their practice. The premises had been effectively adapted to support residents' use and independence.
