Mr David Calwell – 13 Durham Avenue provides personal care for up to three people with a learning disability. The service operates from a domestic property with communal areas and private bedrooms for residents. At the time of inspection, three people were using the service.

The home is designed to enable residents to live full lives with meaningful control and choice. Staff work to support residents in achieving the best possible outcomes and living as independently as possible within the community.
