About The Chimes
The Chimes accommodates up to 21 older people in single bedrooms across three floors of a large adapted domestic-style property with several communal areas. At the time of inspection, 14 residents were living there.
The registered manager had established effective infection prevention and control procedures that staff understood and followed. Visitors underwent screening when entering the building, including health and temperature checks, provision of personal protective equipment, and lateral flow device testing for COVID-19.
