Mount Pleasant Residential Home

Governance systems now effectively drive improvements across the service, with strengthened infection prevention and control measures addressing previous health and safety concerns.

Medicines management has become robust with clear procedures for both regular and as-required medications, supported by consistent record-keeping. Prescribed creams are now stored securely. Care plans and risk assessments have been comprehensively reviewed and updated to reflect person-centred language, ensuring individualised support for each resident.
