Gleavewood Residential Care Home

Gleavewood is a care home accommodating up to 32 people, with 26 residents at the time of inspection, some living with dementia. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies in place to ensure this practice. Residents report feeling safe, and relatives also find the service well managed and secure. The home effectively manages risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing, administers medicines safely, and maintains effective infection prevention and control systems.
