Mockley Manor Care Home

Mockley Manor provides personal and nursing care to 50 residents, with capacity for up to 63 people including younger and older adults, those with physical disabilities and dementia. Staff have received safeguarding training and use risk assessments to ensure safe care delivery. Staffing levels enable staff to implement people's care plans effectively, and medicines are ordered, stored and administered safely. Infection prevention and control procedures are in place with no restrictions on visiting.

The home assesses people's needs before admission to ensure their requirements can be met safely. Staff communicate key information about health changes to keep care plans current and relevant. Residents have access to external healthcare when needed, and staff receive training relevant to their roles with continuous professional development promoted throughout the service. Accidents and incidents are recorded, reported and analysed to identify patterns and prevent recurrence.
