Miramar Care Home

Miramar Care Home provides personal care for older people and people living with dementia, supporting up to 122 people in a purpose-built building. At the time of inspection, 34 residents were receiving personal care.

Residents feel safe and welcomed at the home. One person shared, "It can be so miserable having to leave one's own home, but I am made to feel so welcome here. There is never a dull moment, and I have settled in marvellously. Even though it will never be like my own home, it's the next best thing." People are protected from harm and abuse, with concerns from residents and staff being listened to and acted upon.
