Minster Grange Residential Home

Minster Grange accommodates up to 26 people aged over 65, including those with dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. The home spans two floors with mostly ensuite rooms, though some are shared. At inspection, 16 people were living there.

Staff demonstrated strong infection control practices, changing clothing at the start and end of their shifts to reduce cross-infection risks. Social distancing was actively promoted in communal areas, and visitors were supported safely to minimise infection transmission.
