Millstream House supports up to 22 people with Huntington's Disease and acquired brain injury, accommodating those with mobility difficulties and sensory impairments across three accessible floors with lift access. At inspection, 20 people were using the service.

Residents spoke positively about their experience. One person said, "I feel safe living here, yes very safe. The staff and other people living here make me feel safe," while another commented, "The staff make me feel good.

I like them. " A third resident rated the home 9 out of 10, highlighting that "all the people are friendly. " The service showed improvement since the previous inspection, with everyone spoken to during the visit providing positive feedback about their care and the supportive environment.
