Millers Grange

Millers Grange is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care across two floors, with capacity for up to 52 people. At the time of inspection, 33 people aged 65 and over were living at the service.

People received safe care from skilled and knowledgeable staff who understood how to identify and report concerns. The provider maintained safe recruitment and selection processes. Risks to people's safety and well-being were managed through established risk management procedures, with sufficient staffing deployed to meet residents' needs. Medicines were managed safely and people received their prescribed medications as required.
