The home had implemented several effective safety measures, including a dedicated visiting area for safe face-to-face contact with relatives and a 14-day isolation period for new admissions. Staff received thorough training in infection control procedures and consistently followed robust personal protective equipment protocols.

The building's layout naturally supported social distancing, which staff actively reinforced to help residents maintain appropriate distance. Management maintained adequate PPE supplies from vetted suppliers meeting quality standards, and all staff demonstrated correct procedures for equipment use. Residents were supported by a stable and committed team of familiar staff members.
