About Mill View

Mill View is a residential care home in Bradford. The details below set out what CQC found during its most recent inspection.

Mill View is a purpose-built care home providing residential care for up to 50 people across two floors. At the time of inspection, 41 people were living in the home on day one and 40 on day two.

During the first day of inspection, staffing pressures were identified that meant some people's care needs were not met in a timely way. However, staffing levels increased on day two, which improved the situation. People told inspectors there were enough staff to meet their needs in a timely way, and rotas showed shifts were fully covered.

Recruitment practices were found to be safe. Inspectors recommended that the home review people's dependency levels, as these did not accurately reflect the care needs of all residents.
