The CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall, following an inspection prompted by concerns raised about the service. Inspectors found care and support were inconsistent, with some staff showing warmth but this not embedded across the team, and some people not always feeling safe, heard or listened to.

The CQC identified five breaches of regulation covering safe care and treatment, dignity and respect, person-centred care and good governance. Care planning, risk assessment and medicines management were inconsistent, the Mental Capacity Act was not always properly applied, and staff had not completed all required training. Leaders' oversight had not identified or addressed these shortfalls.
