Brambles Residential Care Home

Brambles Residential Care Home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 64 older people, including those living with dementia, across three adapted floors. At the time of inspection, 50 people were using the service.

Risk assessments and care plans were developed to meet individual needs and reviewed regularly. Some minor improvements were needed in medicines management to align with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance. The provider had identified that parts of the environment were worn and had plans in place for refurbishment.
