Meols Drive Care Home with Nursing

The home provides nursing care for up to 12 people with mental health difficulties or learning disabilities, including autism. All 12 beds were occupied at the time of inspection.

The service had recently managed a COVID-19 outbreak involving both residents and staff. Staff worked closely with the Wirral Infection Control Team to follow national and local guidance, and the team visited on 9 March 2022 with no concerns about infection control management. Inspectors found the same, identifying robust infection control policies in place.
