About Meadowbrook Care Home

Meadowbrook Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 69 people in a purpose-built building with three ground floor units. At the time of inspection, 61 residents were using the service, including people living with dementia. People felt safe living at the home and with the staff who supported them. Risks to residents were assessed and plans were in place to mitigate identified risks.
