About Meadowbanks Care Home
This care home provides accommodation and personal care to 40 older people. At inspection, 35 people were using the service. People told inspectors they felt safe living there. Risks to people, such as falls, were identified and managed appropriately to support people as safely as possible.
The service had made improvements in medication management following previous recommendations. Staff demonstrated a commitment to maintaining safe practices and responding to the needs of residents.
