Meadow View

Meadow View accommodates up to 4 people with learning disabilities and associated needs. During the inspection, all 4 people using the service were present. Staff supported residents to have maximum possible choice, control and independence through personalised communication strategies that helped people understand and make choices. The team used creative approaches to promote learning and develop new skills, focusing on residents' strengths to enable fulfilling and meaningful lives. Staff actively supported people to pursue their interests and achieve personal goals, overcoming barriers to ensure residents participated in a wide range of age-appropriate social activities.
