Meadow View Care Home

Meadow View Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 53 people, including younger and older adults and those living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 42 people were living at the home.

Some residents reported uncertainty about their care arrangements, particularly those recently discharged from hospital for assessment. People expressed frustration at delays in finalising their longer-term care plans. The provider and regional director were open and transparent during the inspection, though the home had experienced challenges with management oversight and governance during a period focused on recruiting a new manager.
