The provider had implemented careful admission procedures, ensuring people tested negative for COVID-19 before discharge from hospital and supporting new admissions to isolate in their rooms for 14 days in line with guidance.

For people receiving end-of-life care, the home had established visiting guidelines including appointments only, provision of personal protective equipment, and visits limited to one nominated person for 30 minutes.
