Hartford Court accommodates up to 60 older people in a purpose-built facility across two floors, with 44 residents present during inspection. The home cares for people living with dementia, physical and sensory difficulties. The spacious, specially designed building supports residents' diverse needs, with 30 beds available on each floor.

During the inspection, the home was managing a COVID-19 outbreak. The registered manager followed current guidance for essential caregiver visits and implemented measures to reduce transmission risk, including the strategic layout of premises and ready availability of personal protective equipment for staff and visitors.
