Cole Valley

Cole Valley is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 45 people, supporting older people, those with physical disabilities, and people living with dementia. The home is housed in one adapted building over two floors, with bedrooms on both ground and first floors, and residents have access to three lounges, a dining room, and a garden. At the time of inspection, 15 people were using the service.

The registered manager has implemented positive changes with strong support from the provider and staff team. People, staff, and relatives spoke positively about the management team, and regular meetings are held to ensure residents and families can share their views. Systems throughout the home have been improved to support better care delivery.
