Marley Grove

This care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to nine older adults with learning disabilities across three adapted buildings. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge, understanding how to raise concerns appropriately with the provider, local safeguarding bodies, and CQC. All residents had individualised risk assessments in place, with staff consistently following the guidance to ensure safe care delivery. The service maintained adequate staffing levels with safe recruitment practices to meet residents' needs.
