Maple Leaf House

Maple Leaf House provides nursing and personal care to young adults, older people, and those with mental health conditions or dementia, currently supporting 28 of its 30 capacity residents. The purpose-built facility spans three floors with lift access, offering residents private rooms with en-suite facilities alongside shared courtyard and garden spaces.

People at the home were safe, with risk assessments in place and regularly reviewed to maintain safe care standards. Staff had received training to recognise signs of abuse and understood reporting procedures. Inspectors made a recommendation to improve how the service supports people with orientation within the home.
