Inspectors found that while incidents were being recorded and acted upon, the registered manager could improve how these incidents and low-level behaviours were reviewed to identify patterns and themes. There was scope to develop a more detailed analysis approach that could enhance understanding of behaviours and lead to better outcomes for residents.
