Elm

Elm provides accommodation and personal care for up to three people with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities. At the time of inspection, all three places were occupied. Staff had a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and followed appropriate protocols for reporting any concerns or incidents. Risk assessments were implemented to keep residents safe while supporting their independence.

Recruitment processes included proper pre-employment checks to ensure staff suitability. The service demonstrated continued commitment to providing safe care for the people it supports.
