Lynton Terrace

Lynton Terrace provides accommodation and care for up to 10 adults with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, all 10 places were occupied. People were happy at the service and felt safe and well cared for. They received personalised care and had positive relationships with staff members. The home facilitated access to healthcare professionals who worked closely with the care team.

However, inspectors found several concerns. The environment and equipment were not always safely maintained or clean. While medicines were administered safely, storage systems and other medicine management procedures were not secure. The provider's systems for monitoring and mitigating risks were not consistently effective. These issues indicated gaps in the home's safety and quality assurance processes.
