Lyndhurst House

Lyndhurst House provides accommodation and personal care for up to four people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, two people lived at the home permanently and one person shared time between the service and their family home. The service is designed to enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, providing planned and coordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive.

The service uses some restrictive intervention practices, including restraint and seclusion, as a last resort when supporting people. These practices are implemented in a person-centred way and in line with positive behaviour support principles.
