Lyme House accommodates up to 21 people with acquired brain injuries and is part of the transitional rehabilitation unit group. At the time of inspection, 14 people were living at the service. The home maintains safe visiting procedures, restricting visits to essential, pre-arranged appointments only.

All visitors undergo health screening and receive appropriate personal protective equipment. Staff have completed infection prevention and control training with regular competency checks, and the service has designated suites for people who test positive for COVID-19 or show symptoms. Social distancing measures are embedded throughout the environment, and staff receive daily updates on current infection control guidance.
