Loxley Hall

Loxley Hall is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care for up to 40 people, primarily older people with nursing needs. At inspection, 36 people were using the service in a purpose-built building. People received safe care, with medication systems recently improved and safely managed. Risk oversight had been reviewed and was up to date. Residents felt safe and described staff as very kind, with relatives echoing these positive comments.

Staff demonstrated knowledge of individual preferences and supported people to maintain independence. Staffing levels met people's needs, with the team prioritizing residents' wellbeing. The building was clean and hygienic, which was confirmed by both residents' feedback and inspectors' observations.
