St Lukes Care Home

St Lukes Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 60 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of assessment, 42 people lived at the home. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall, unchanged from its previous rating.

Inspectors found three breaches of regulation, relating to staff training and gaps in managing risks and restrictions, alongside weak governance oversight. However, people and relatives spoke warmly of caring, friendly staff, and inspectors observed genuinely meaningful interactions. One relative described the atmosphere as "homely and welcoming.
