Brewster House

Brewster House provides personal care to up to 71 older people, some living with dementia. During the inspection, 51 people were using the service. The new registered manager and deputy manager have implemented improvements and are focused on driving positive changes for people and staff.

The management of risks to people's safety has improved, though the processes in place do not always effectively identify risks or demonstrate what actions have been taken to address them.
