Listonshiels

Listonshiels, in Bradford, provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven autistic people and people with a learning disability who have complex physical, sensory, cognitive and communication needs. The CQC rated the home Good overall, with an Outstanding rating for how caring it is.

Inspectors found highly skilled, motivated staff who knew people well and supported them with warmth, dignity and respect. Care was person-centred, transitions into the home were carefully planned, and leadership was described as inclusive and capable. Relatives praised the staff and said they were kept well informed.
