A previous breach relating to oversight, including monitoring of eating and drinking safety and record keeping, had been resolved, with improvements found across the service.

Inspectors found staff were trained in dementia care and supported people to retain communication and social skills. People and relatives described staff as kind, patient and attentive, and felt safe and listened to. Risk assessments and incident monitoring were well managed, with the registered manager actively reviewing and improving the service.
