Lime Tree Manor is a purpose-built nursing and residential home accommodating up to 110 older people across three floors, with one floor specialising in dementia care. At inspection, 97 residents were living there. All bedrooms include en-suite facilities with either bath or shower. People, their relatives, and health professionals spoken with felt that staff worked using safe practices and knew how to report safeguarding concerns and effectively manage risks.
