Lilleybrook Care Home

The service supports older people and those living with dementia across three separate household units within one adapted building. Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe, with staff responding promptly to their needs. Staffing levels were adjusted according to occupancy and individual care requirements, with staff reporting they had the skills, time and support necessary to meet people's needs effectively.

Staff demonstrated a thorough understanding of each person's individual risks and the support required to maintain their health and wellbeing. Assessments of people's needs and choices were completed and documented. The provider was actively addressing fire safety improvements identified through a risk assessment, with remedial works carried out immediately after inspection to ensure residents were protected from potential hazards.
