Liberty Lodge

Liberty Lodge provides nursing and personal care to up to four people living with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, three female adults were accommodated in one adapted building. The service maintains appropriate infection control procedures, with regular checks for legionella risks and hot water temperatures to protect residents from infection and scalding. Staff receive relevant training in food hygiene, legionella awareness, and safeguarding adults. Quality assurance audits have been strengthened to identify issues and drive improvements, incorporating feedback from people and their relatives.

Residents and their families reported feeling safe and described staff as kind. Clear safeguarding procedures are in place to protect people from harm, with staff kept up to date with best practice through regular training.
