Leybourne

Leybourne is a residential care home providing personal care for up to eight people with physical and/or learning disabilities, or autistic people. At the time of inspection, all eight places were occupied. The service supports residents by offering accommodation and personal care as part of a single package, with staff working to ensure people have respect, equality, dignity, and choices while promoting their independence and access to their local communities.
