About Ashfield Court

Ashfield Court is a residential care home in North Tyneside, offering personal care and accommodation for older people. Full details of the Care Quality Commission's most recent findings are set out below.

Ashfield Court provides personal care and accommodation to up to 46 older people, some of whom live with dementia, across two floors in a purpose-built home. Staffing levels are safe, with staff working on separate floors and not mixing to minimise risks. Entrances and changing areas have been rearranged to support this arrangement.

The home has implemented visitor temperature checks and screening questions, with ample PPE and handwashing facilities available throughout. The premises have been adapted to enable social distancing for both residents and staff where practicable.
